A ' Sparkle' clean is a dusting and wiping only service. This Service is ideal if a property has already had a professional clean but been left empty for some time and has accumulated dust, cobwebs and creepy crawlies. We do not carry out any in-depth cleaning.

Please note:
- Mould may not entirely be removed from sealant or grout
What's not included ?
Please be advised this is based on a fully furnished property; you may not have every item on the list but if you do this explains how we clean them.
- The cleaning of any carpets, upholstery or mattresses. (these can be cleaned for an additional charge)
- Secondary glazing. (these can be cleaned for an additional charge)
- Storage rooms, conservatories, garages, Summer houses or rooms external to property. (these can be cleaned but an additional charge will be applied)
- We do not take out cutlery, crockery, pots, pans or kitchen utensils from draws or cupboards to wash them.
- Cleaning of balconies. (these can be cleaned for an additional charge)
- External window cleaning or cleaning of external areas. (external windows can be cleaned where accessible but an additional charge will be applied)
- We do not move fitted appliances or washing machines for health and safety reasons.
- Washing & drying of soft furnishings or linen.
- The removal of permanent stains i.e. rust, ring marks, paint etc.. to hard surfaces.
- We do not clean/wash any walls or ceilings.
